Custom metal cards are a premium product, and we want you to feel completely confident before you order. Here's everything you need to know — from uploading your artwork to holding your finished card in your hands.

Artwork & File Upload
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PNG, JPG/JPEG, and PDF files. PNG is preferred for artwork with transparency or fine linework.
What resolution should my file be?
For the sharpest engraving, please submit files at a minimum of 300 DPI at the final card size. Higher resolution is always better.
What are the card dimensions?
- Standard Metal TCG Card: 2.5" × 3.5" (standard poker/TCG size)
- Oversized Metal TCG Card: 3.5" × 5" (oversized/jumbo TCG size)
Any design tips?
Keep critical details (text, borders, key art) at least 1/8" from the card edge to account for slight production tolerances. High-contrast designs with bold lines engrave especially well on metal.
Production
How long does production take?
Most orders are produced and ready to ship within 5–10 business days from the time your order is placed and your artwork is confirmed. Complex or bulk orders may take a little longer.
Will I see a proof before production?
If there's an issue with your file (resolution too low, format not supported, etc.), we'll reach out before we begin. For standard orders with print-ready files, we move straight to production to keep your turnaround time fast.
What if I need to make a change after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible at our contact page. If production hasn't started, we can usually accommodate changes. Once a card is in production, changes may not be possible.
Materials & Finish
What are the cards made of?
Our cards are crafted from steel, giving them a satisfying weight and a look that's unmistakably different from standard cardstock.
Are the cards tournament-legal?
Metal proxy cards are intended for casual play, display, and collection — not sanctioned tournament play. Always check your local game store's house rules before bringing them to the table.
How durable are they?
Extremely. Metal cards won't bend, tear, or fade under normal use. The light cards can bend, but will spring back to their original shape. We recommend storing them in a hard case or sleeve to protect the surface from scratches over time. That being said we have started using them to play darts and haven't seen any damage to the card.

Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States.
How long does shipping take?
After production is complete, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
How is my order packaged?
Every card ships in protective packaging designed to keep it safe in transit. Metal cards are rigid, but we take care to ensure yours arrives in perfect condition.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns on custom orders?
Because every card is made to order with your unique artwork, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless there is a defect or error on our part.
What if my card arrives damaged or incorrect?
We stand behind our work. If your card arrives damaged in shipping or we made an error in production, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.
What counts as a production error?
A production error is when the finished card does not match the artwork file you submitted (e.g., wrong image, significant quality defect). Variations inherent to the process are not considered errors.
